Why we built it

Getting a repair estimate has always meant booking a garage appointment, waiting days for a quote, and hoping the assessor isn't inflating the bill. For people buying damaged cars at auction — Copart, BCA, IAAI, RAW2K — the problem is worse: you need to know repair costs before you bid, not after.
