Car Damage Advisor provides AI-powered vehicle damage assessment estimates based on user-uploaded photographs. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyse visible damage and provide approximate repair cost estimates.
All cost estimates provided by Car Damage Advisor are approximate and for informational purposes only. Actual repair costs may vary based on factors including but not limited to: local labour rates, parts availability, additional hidden damage discovered during repair, and the specific repair shop chosen. Our estimates should not be used as a substitute for a professional in-person assessment.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated damage assessments or cost estimates. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Car Damage Advisor is not liable for any decisions made based on our estimates.
Payment for full reports is processed through Stripe. The full report fee is non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing report delivery, please contact us for assistance.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and clear photographs. The quality and accuracy of our assessment depends on the quality of photographs provided. You must not upload images that you do not have the right to share or that contain inappropriate content.
The Car Damage Advisor service, including its AI models, design, and content, is the property of Car Damage Advisor. Generated reports are licensed for your personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Damage Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
